1. Eligibility
The Good Life Raffle Takeover 2.0 is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a raffle ticket or participating in any way, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Ticket Purchases
All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are sold for $5 each, with discounted bulk packages available. Each ticket purchased is logged in our master ticket system and assigned a unique number.
Both physical and digital tickets are entered into the same numbered pool. All ticket holders have an equal chance of winning regardless of how their ticket was purchased.
3. Prize Drawing
Winners will be selected at random using random.org during a live drawing broadcast on Team Good Life Productions' social media channels. The drawing process is transparent and publicly viewable.
Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email associated with their ticket purchase. Public announcements will also be made on our social media channels.
4. Prize Claims
Winners have 14 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. To claim a prize, winners must:
- Confirm their identity matching the ticket purchase information
- Arrange pickup or delivery of the physical prize within the claim period
- Sign a prize acknowledgment form
If a prize is unclaimed within the 14-day window, Team Good Life Productions reserves the right to conduct a re-drawing for that prize.
5. Prize Substitution
Prizes are awarded as described and cannot be substituted, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. In the event a specific prize becomes unavailable, Team Good Life Productions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Use of Funds
Proceeds from the Good Life Raffle Takeover 2.0 will be allocated as follows:
- 15% — Good Life Scholarship Fund
- 15% — Community engagement initiatives
- 70% — Team Good Life Productions operations
7. Sponsors & Partners
Sponsorship Tier Packets and the Partner With Us program are separate offerings from raffle ticket sales. Each program has its own application process and terms. Participation in one does not guarantee or affect participation in the other.
8. Liability
By participating in the raffle, participants release Team Good Life Productions, its members, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in the raffle or use of any prize.
9. Privacy
Participant information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
10. Compliance with Local Laws
Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this raffle complies with local, state, and federal laws applicable to their jurisdiction. Team Good Life Productions reserves the right to refuse participation where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Team Good Life Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
