How to report copyright infringement on The TGLP Network, and how we respond to notices.
Effective September 17, 2026
The TGLP Network, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others and expects the partners who license content to us to do the same. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, and what happens next.
1.Designated copyright agent
Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent:
DMCA Designated Agent
Ronald Robinson Jr.
Team Good Life Productions, LLC
10926 David Taylor Drive
Suite 120 PMB1369
Charlotte, NC 28262
United States
Email: dmca@tglp.studio
Please use this address for copyright notices only. Other enquiries sent here will be slower to answer than if you use support@tglp.studio.
2.What a notice must contain
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following:
- •A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- •Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them.
- •Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct URL on The TGLP Network is the most reliable.
- •Your contact details: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- •A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- •A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
An incomplete notice may not be actionable. If something required is missing, we will normally tell you what is needed rather than simply reject it.
3.What we do when we receive a notice
- •We review it — we check the notice is complete and identify the material.
- •We disable access — where the claim is valid on its face, we remove or disable the material promptly.
- •We notify the partner — the creator or studio who supplied the content is told what was removed and why.
- •We confirm to you — we respond to the address in your notice.
- •We record it — notices and the action taken are logged, which is how repeat infringement is identified.
4.Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@tglp.studio containing:
- •Your physical or electronic signature.
- •Identification of the material that was removed, and where it appeared before removal.
- •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- •Your name, address and telephone number.
- •A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where you live — or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found — and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material.
5.Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and the agreements of partners who are repeat infringers. Because every title on The TGLP Network is supplied under a licence — either through our Studio Portal or Content Delivery Portal — in which the partner warrants they hold the necessary rights, repeated valid notices against the same partner are treated as a breach of that warranty.
6.Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure of your claim before filing.
7.If you are not sure
If you think your work is on The TGLP Network without permission but you are not certain, or you would rather resolve it informally first, write to legal@tglp.studio. We would far rather sort out a licensing mix-up by email than through a formal process.
