Privacy Policy

Using The TGLP Network means we hold the following:

• •To operate your account and keep you signed in.
• •To stream video and remember where you stopped, so you can resume.
• •To show Continue Watching, My List and other personalised parts of the interface.
• •To honour territorial licensing — your approximate location determines which titles we are permitted to show you.
• •To send service email: welcome messages, password resets and replies to your support requests.
• •To diagnose errors and improve reliability.
• •To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• •To comply with legal obligations.

Content on The TGLP Network is licensed by territory, so some titles are only available in some countries. We determine your approximate country from your IP address in order to show you what we are licensed to show you.

This gives us your country, not a precise position, and we use it only to apply those restrictions and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the platform, and only as far as their job requires:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to function — keeping you signed in, remembering the profile you selected, and maintaining security. Turning these off will break sign-in.

When advertising launches on the free tier, advertising cookies may be used to measure and deliver ads. We will update this policy and provide applicable choices before that starts.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

When ad-supported content is enabled, we use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to The TGLP Network and other websites to provide you with relevant ads.

You can control ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings at google.com/settings/ads or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices.

• •Account and profile data — while your account is open.
• •Viewing history — while your account is open, so resume and recommendations keep working.
• •Support correspondence — up to two years after the matter is resolved.
• •Error and security logs — typically up to 90 days.
• •Delivery Partner content and metadata — retained for the term of your licensing agreement plus seven years, to meet tax and legal compliance obligations. If your content is removed from the platform, the associated master video file and images are deleted within 90 days; metadata (title, cast, revenue records, delivery correspondence) is retained for the compliance period.

When you close your account we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain records to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• •Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• •Have inaccurate information corrected.
• •Have your information deleted.
• •Object to or restrict certain processing.
• •Receive your information in a portable format.
• •Withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Make any of these requests at privacy@tglp.studio. We will verify who you are before acting, and respond within the time your local law requires. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

The TGLP Network is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts must be created by someone 18 or older.

Kids profiles are created and controlled by the adult account holder. Information associated with a Kids profile belongs to that adult’s account.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact privacy@tglp.studio and we will delete it.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never readable by us or recoverable in their original form. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted, and administrative actions are logged.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by law.

If you submit a development-stage project through our Development Submission Program, we collect the contact and project information you provide (including personal and project information, rights disclosures, and any supporting materials), and a record of the terms you accepted. We use this information to evaluate and administer your submission.

We may share submission materials internally with authorized development, programming and business-affairs personnel, and with outside advisers (such as legal counsel, accountants, and prospective financing or production partners) who have a legitimate need to review them. We apply data minimization and do not solicit information beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate a submission.

Declined or withdrawn submission materials and records are retained for two (2) years before deletion, subject to legal-hold or litigation exceptions.

We operate from the United States and our service providers may process information there and in other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the ones where you live. The following disclosures apply to submitters located outside the United States.

GDPR / UK GDPR Applicability

Where a submitter is located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom, TGLP processes personal data submitted through the platform in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (together, “GDPR”).

Controller Role

For personal data collected through the submission process, TGLP acts as the data controller with respect to submitter contact and account information, and processes project-related personal data (e.g., names or likenesses referenced in submitted materials) solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate the submission.

Legal Basis for Processing

TGLP processes personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to evaluate a submission at the submitter’s request; (b) legitimate interests, where TGLP evaluates, tracks, and manages submissions, protects against fraud or misuse, and defends legal claims, provided such interests are not overridden by the submitter’s data protection interests or fundamental rights; and (c) consent, where required for specific processing activities (e.g., optional marketing communications).

Data Subject Rights

Submitters in the EEA/UK have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of their personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability, subject to applicable exceptions. Requests may be submitted to privacy@tglp.studio and will be addressed within the timeframes required by GDPR.

Supervisory Authority

Submitters have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.

Cross-Border Transfers

TGLP is based in the United States, and personal data submitted through the platform — including from submitters located outside the United States — will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those of the submitter’s home jurisdiction. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to the United States, TGLP will rely on a lawful transfer mechanism recognized under GDPR/UK GDPR at the time of transfer. By submitting materials, submitter acknowledges and consents to the transfer, storage, and processing of their personal data in the United States and in any other country where TGLP or its service providers maintain facilities, subject to the safeguards described above.

U.S. Export Control and Sanctions

Submitter represents and warrants that submitter is not (a) named on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons, Entity, or Unverified Lists; (b) located in, or a national or resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargo; or (c) submitting materials, software, or technical data whose transfer to TGLP would violate the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, or other applicable export-control or sanctions laws. TGLP reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate review of any submission where TGLP reasonably determines that doing so is necessary to comply with U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will give notice through the service or by email before it takes effect, and update the effective date above.
